So I turned my life into Rise & Thrive. Rise & Thrive isn’t a brand. It’s my lived experience turned into a mission.
After two decades in the corporate finance world, I realised that success means little without purpose. And my purpose is to help people build the skills that school forgot to teach but that life won’t forget . So I turned everything I’ve learnt…the knowledge, the qualifications, the wins, the mistakes, the lessons, the bruises, into something that actually matters: helping others rise faster and stronger than I did.
Rise and Thrive is my mission and my heart’s work, so I choose to work with people who are standing at real crossroads in their lives. My work speaks to people who don’t just want to “cope” . They want to grow, rise and thrive.
Each audience gets a tailored experience based on their reality. I support students preparing to step into adulthood, fresh graduates trying to enter the workplace with confidence, women rebuilding their voice and identity, and corporate teams who want to grow through humanity instead of pressure.
I teach the life skills, emotional strength and mindset shifts that the traditional system never covers. Clients come to me because they want real change, not theory. Life Literacy equips students with everyday skills to manage their lives — from decision-making and confidence to communication and personal finance. Work Readiness builds on that foundation and prepares them for the professional world: collaboration, resilience, problem-solving, and modern workplace tools
Each program runs between 6 to 10 weeks, depending on your school calendar. Shorter bootcamps (2–5 days) and clinics (1–2 days) are also available.

Our approach combines lived corporate experience with coaching psychology and NLP techniques. We don’t just teach. We help employees unlearn limiting beliefs, build confidence, and apply skills immediately.
